Institute of Leadership and Management

All programs within the 20/20 MDS® are ultimately verified and accredited by either The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) based in London in the UK, or Hume Locke University, based in California in the US.

ILM is the management arm of the City and Guilds Institute which has almost 150 years of experience in delivering a wide variety of vocational education programs all over the world. ILM has over half a century of experience in management development and recognition of achievement through accreditation and membership.

ILM is an awarding body which provides distinctive and innovative services to support all individuals and organizations in building their capability in leadership and management, through membership, qualifications, awards and representation. As an awarding body, ILM is not restricted to its UK base. Its program certification reach currently extends to 22 countries around the world.

ILM is a professional body which supports national objectives to ensure that leaders and managers of the future are developed, with a particular focus on first line and middle levels. Offering membership services together with leadership and management qualifications and as part of the City & Guilds Group, ILM represents a strategic initiative to support excellence in leadership and management in all sectors and to develop new and appropriate services for organizations and individuals to develop capability.
